Because most of his clientele range from elite athletes to weekend warriors, keeping his clients feeling good and in the game is the most important aspect of health. He can design a workout that will fit your time and your needs, he will use different techniques to accommodate anyone. Mitchell is a long time surfer and stand up paddle boarder and will never pass up an opportunity to share his love for these activities. As a runner, weight trainer, swimmer, cyclist, cross trainer and all around activity guy there is nothing Mitchell can't provide. He is always on the go and looking for adventure.
