Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method used to relieve some health conditions and symptoms, such as pain. An acupuncturist inserts very thin steel needles into your skin at multiple “acupoints.” The needles rebalance your body’s energy, or qi, and prompt your body to release natural chemicals to fight the illness or symptom.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that engages the CranioSacral System—a unified, whole-being system reflecting the integration of physical structures, physiological rhythms, and energetic processes. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body. Reiki is often used in conjunction with conventional medical treatments.

Simply put, ikigai refers to the things or sources that make your life feel worth living. Ikigai sources can include small joys, daily practices, hobbies, places, life-affirming moments, fulfilling work, roles, relationships, goals, ambitions, and challenges—whatever you feel adds intrinsic value to your life.

At its core, clinical herbalism is a holistic approach to health which entails connecting with people with their own plant allies or “herbal allies” based on their constitutional make-up. (This style and branch of herbal medicine is also often referred to as “herbal energetics.”)
This unique scope of practice is very complementary to the fields of functional nutrition / holistic nutrition, since good nutrition serves as the foundation on which any other protocol can be effective to help you thrive.
Aligning people with the right herbs in a clinical setting helps to restore balance on cellular and energetic levels, while supporting and encouraging your body’s innate, natural healing process.

Structural Integration (SI) is a process-based approach to somatic education, typically involving manual therapy, that explores the possibility of change in how you use and experience your body. Through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch, you can release painful, stressful patterns of tension. Effortful habits are replaced with feelings of comfort, ease of movement and posture, and a sense of whole-body coherence.
SI systematically addresses your body as a whole, usually over a series of sessions. Skillful touch brings relief from pain and discomfort, and awareness of how you’re holding and using your body. As your practitioner helps you inquire into how you relate with your body and environment, you may come to recognize patterns of tension that no longer serve you, and discover new options for movement, posture, self-care, and your overall physical experience. Rather than treating symptoms, SI practitioners work to help your body integrate internally between systems, and externally toward your life’s challenges.
