Payment
For your convenience, payment is due at the time of service, though you are welcome to prepay when booking your appointment online.
If you prefer to prepay, click on the Pay button once you set up your appointment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
That said…cash and checks are warmly appreciated, as they allow us to reduce processing fees and continue providing the highest level of care and service.
If you are using a gift certificate, there will be a place to input it on the form after you select an appointment.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice by phone, either text or call (919-391-0282), or email (info@restoring-balance.com). With this notice, you may reschedule your session or receive a refund (if rescheduling, your payment can be applied to your new appointment).
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please text 919-391-0282. Refunds in these situations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not issued automatically.
No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Clients who do not show up and do not provide notice will be charged the full cost of the service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be considered a no-show and will also be charged the full session fee.
If you’re unable to make your appointment, you’re always welcome to reschedule or gift your session to someone you care about if you contact at least 24 hours prior.
We truly value your time and appreciate your respect for ours. Your therapist will be present and prepared for your session, and we look forward to seeing you.
